The bungalow is single storied and has a spacious living room which can accommodate around 20 people. It is furnished with a sofa set and a dining table along with a side table for storing things. The kitchen opens into the living room and is fully furnished with modular fittings, L-shaped granite platform and has a water purifier, microwave, gas range with gas, refrigerator, water heater and basic crockery, cutlery and vessels. Washing facilities like a washing machine, clothes rack, iron and ironing board have also been provided.

There are six bedrooms in the bungalow, two being on the ground floor with independent adjacent bathrooms. Four bedrooms with attached baths are housed on the first floor. Two of these have an attached balcony and the other two have an adjoining open terrace each which have an overwhelming view of the setting sun. Three of the bedrooms are air conditioned. Each bedroom is equipped with a king/queen sized bed, a cupboard with locker, desk, chair and an LCD television with cable connection. The rooms are in two sizes. The smaller one is ideal for a couple and one child. The larger room can be occupied by six people with extra bedding. The bathrooms are spacious with western toilets and have 24 hours hot and cold water supply. Curtains, mattresses, pillows, bed linen and towels have been provided.

The bungalow is secured with a compound wall and two gates to access each of the two covered parking. In addition there is ample of parking space in and around the bungalow.
Lulu's guest corner is available for daily or long term rentals for a maximum period of two months and can be leased as a whole bungalow or as independent rooms. Considering its large number of rooms it is an ideal location for large families or for a wedding troupe.

You will also find water sports such as Jet Ski, Para-gliding, Dolphin & Crocodile sighting trips, Fishing, Snorkeling, Diving etc.
There are chemist and supermarkets within 2-3 minutes walking distance. You will find all type of restaurants in the area ranging from Indian, Goan, Chinese, Continental, Italian, Thai, etc.
There are money exchange centres, international calling facilities, handicraft shops, garment shops, jewelery and precious stones outlets etc in the vicinity.
Taxis in large numbers are available, just waiting to take you to wherever you may want to go. You may also rent a bike/car/jeep easily in case you want to ride/drive around at your own time.
